At the opening press conference of SMM 2018 (Tuesday, 4 September 2018, 09.30 hrs (CEST)) an international high-profile panel of representatives from politics and the business community will gather on one stage. Focus topics will be the IMO Sulphur Cap 2020 and the industry’s commitment to the IMO goal to halve Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Shipping by 2050. Furthermore the press will be informed on this year’s highlights at SMM. 

From 4 to 7 September 2018, SMM – the leading international maritime trade fair – will once again welcome 50,000 industry visitors from more than 120 nations to Hamburg.
